B P Koirala Institute of Health Science is an independent establishment capable of providing good quality medical education to the aspiring students of the state and abroad.It is situated in Dharan region of Nepal. The Nepal Parliament has given immense responsibility on this institution to make medical professionals capable of creating the state free from some infectious diseases. B P Koirala Institute of Health Science has discovered collaboration with the Institute of tropical medicine, Antwerp, Belgium and the Ministry of Health and Population. Nepal to supply correct training programs for curbing Tropical and Infectious diseases from the roots. The effort is to form Nepal free from some unhealthy diseases that kill many of us once a year in an uncontrolled manner. It had been established in the year 1993 in the 18th of January.
